So after we got our power back from the storm, I logged on to PokerStars and saw a player sitting at 30/60 who normally doesn’t sit there.  So I figured I would take my chance.

As I sat, so too did another player.  So we played 3 handed.

In a matter of 9 minutes, I won $1,160.  The other players sat out, and the game was over.  It felt great since I normally don’t play 30/60. Not because I am scared, I just have built a comfort level at 15/30.

After that quick session was over, I got joined at the 15/30 table that I was sitting at by the same 2 players.  However, my luck was the exact opposite as it was at the 30/60 table as I dropped $464.

I took a quick break to get my head straight, and rejoined the table to go on to win back what I lost and then some as I made another $602.

Then as the session grew longer, and after a while of getting zero cards; I decided to take a break.  I came back, and all the games were over.

So I would sit back down at 10/20 and 15/30, to only get one taker at 10/20 as I was hit-n-run for $25.

I could go back and sit and wait some more, but I am going to take a break and maybe play a video game or two as I keep an eye on the tables for any game that might pop up.

So for the night, I am up $1,272 bringing my running total to $15,553.61
