Seriously wtf?  I cannot win a headsup session right now to save my life at the 5 card draw cash tables.

Doesn’t matter who sits across from me.  They will see trips and high 2 pairs at a much higher frequency than what is normal.  I am not worried yet.  But I am really getting frustrated that what was my biggest money-maker last month (HU at the 5 card draw cash tables) hasn’t even resembled anything like what a normal month brings and not just my super run-good month of July.

So I guess I can just sit here and wear it for a while until PokerStars removes the doomswitch.  Seriously joke is over guys.

But somehow I am staying afloat.  Even though I dropped $389 more tonight playing heads-up.  I still managed to profit $26.50 for the night at the 5 card draw tables.

Also, since I have been running so bad at the cash games; I decided to play in the Nightly Hundred Grand NLH tournament ($162 buyin).  Wouldn’t ya know it, I cashed.  I ended up placing in 40th of the starting 1147.  That was good enough for a $422.97 profit.

So I am 2 for my last 3 tournaments as far as cashing is concerned.  After a brutal couple of months trying to win a seat to the WSOP, I basically stopped playing NLH for quite a long while.  Recently I have just gone back to the basics in that game, and it seems to be paying off.  It would be nice though to just run good in one of those tournaments.  Take tonights tournament for example, first place was almost 31k.  That would definitely be a boost for my goal!

But as it stands, I made a total of $449.47 on the night.
